I recently did some business in the Boston area. I was visiting a client on the 20th floor of a building overlooking the Charles River.

As I looked out the windows, I found myself hypnotized by the beauty of the landscape, the numerous structures and the ongoing construction in all parts of the city.

I sat there wondering why Rhode Island, just 60 mikes away, has nothing in comparison to this.

The ongoing folly of the Hope Point Tower should annoy all of us who crave progress. I think it is a beautiful and unique building that would become a tourist attraction. I think its best use would be a combination of residential and commercial use.
