While it may be a beautiful bluebird day outside this morning, Rhode Island is likely to see increased clouds and throughout the day which may turn to rain later in the evening.

According to the National Weather Service, "Rain and possibly a thunderstorm before 3 am, then a chance of rain. Some of the storms could produce gusty winds and heavy rain."

They have gone as far as issuing a hazardous weather warning, alerting residents to the possibility of flooding, strong winds.

Saturday will begin cloudily and then around noon begin clearing with temperatures falling to around 39 degrees by 5 pm. That means you'll have to bundle up to enjoy Waterfire's Salute to Veterans.

Sunday, the National Weather Service expects highs in low 40s and light wind throughout the day. Otherwise, it will be perfect weather to take advantage of one of the many Veterans Day events across Rhode Island.

The beginning of the week will see more of the same, with sunny weather and temperatures in the mid-40s.
