A four-bedroom house in Poppasquash Point, in Bristol, recently sold for $1.55 million, according to Hogan Associates, the agency that represented the buyers and the sellers.

The custom built shingled contemporary, designed by architect Greg Snider, has views of Narragansett Bay. The three-and-a-half-bathroom house has arched doorways leading to a kitchen, dining room and family room with wood-burning fireplace. An upstairs office has glass doors.

The two-acre grounds have an infinity pool atop terraced gardens and feature espaliered fruit trees, which are pruned and trained to grow in a single plane. It is in the Case Farm section of Poppasquash Point.

Leslie Hogan, of Hogan Associates, represented the sellers, Jacqueline Savoie and Franklin McCool. Matt Hadfield, also of Hogan Associates, represented the buyers, Rikki and Ken Bouchard.
