“America’s Test Kitchen” co-hosts Julia Colin Davison and Bridget Lancaster will be at the Community Auditorium at Boscov’s in the Providence Place mall on Thursday, Jan. 23, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. for a cooking demonstration and cookbook signing to benefit Rhode Island PBS.
